Public, profitable technology company in the South Bay is seeking a Financial Analyst to support their consolidated WW Business Group. This role requires a blend of finance and systems and will be a strategic business partner to IT and Sales as well as Finance. The Sr. Analyst with assume full responsibility for overall architecture, security, and standards.
Must be very strong in Essbase/Hyperion from a technical level.
Proven ability to scope, document and obtain consensus on cross-functional reporting needs to avoid conflicting reports.
Become the ‘go to’ individual within the company for reporting. Be able and willing to train others to foster a broad understanding of both the tools and underlying data.
Meticulous attention to detail, superb organization skills, and strong sense of ownership.
Support the Weekly Flash for Bookings, and Billings.
Partner with IT and Sales. Maintain and update Forecast and Quarter-end reports.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Must be hands on, proven to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks on hand. • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information to see the big picture while effectively managing details and ability to multi-task • Must possess strong written and communication skills
- 5+ years Financial Business Analysis experience
- Hyperion Enterprise Management, Hyperion 11.1
- Essbase experience
- Budgeting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required with preference of background in IT or MIS.
